van Gecko -- thanks for 17:10.
so far this month we've done just over 300 pips range. sept. avg for last 2 years was about 600, last 5 years almost 500. next week should prove to be interesting for usd/cad.
good trades to you.
van Gecko 17:10 GMT September 22, 2005
Spotforex NY 16:21.. good day... indeed, europhile bulls seems to be trying vely hard this week to defy m/t gravity.. may be its that "dreaded Q4'04 retentive memory" syndrome at work again..

Haifa ac 16:17.. good day... you could be right as we share similiar views with my 18:48 GMT August 31..

la oleg 16:22.. good day... thank you for sharing your usd/cad views.. imo short term aberration between the Goose & the Greenback are good risk med/long term opportunities..

for the moment the Euro is 'safe' as the 1.2100/20 level has held on my system.....
NY close is the next crucial hour on a close basis......
Haifa ac 16:17 GMT September 22, 2005
van Gecko 16:09 GMT //Afraid your timing is off here. This looks more like 2006 thingy. Euro should continue to meander in the 120 for a few more months. But, that, of course, what makes the market.
van Gecko 16:09 GMT September 22, 2005
not to be outdone by Katrina, euro is doing its best to go down in FX history..
the Great September Slide of '05.. in the making..
1.26~1.21 ~"1.18"~ 8 days left..
Cheerios..

van Gecko train goooooo!!!!!:
hope those transient crowds dont get lured off the train by various tempting leggies along the stations to northern usd territory til mid december.
"van Gecko 13:37 GMT June 30, 2005
SPIS PG & Prague viktor 10:21.. good day.. the decisive take out of 1.27/25 had flushed out & created doubts in Dollar bear camps of various size & temperments across the board.. the next major m/t attractor is down at 1.15/13.. below, its back down to the Parity/.98 zones.. that said, the present lopsided euro bear wagon with transient crowds of various size & shape calling for a straight line down to 1.17 could provide another window of opportunty for m/t bulls to bail & bears to load up at the 1.25/27 zones for the next m/t leg down to those major targets.."
USA Biscuit Boy 03:14 GMT September 12, 2005
Investing in dollarcad with 1.17 handle for a longer term trade with carry. Back later in the year....gl and gt.

I suppose Gecko was selling at 1.26.
van Gecko 18:20 GMT September 1, 2005
hk ab 16:02.. good m/t trading opportunties only present themselve few times a year.. the 'star crossed' loonie under-shooting here 1.1850->1.1750 may be at pre-Thangiving discounted accumulation levels for some patient m/t BS players looking for a 8 to 10/18 figure plus carry payout risking a weekly close below 1.17..
hk ab 16:02 GMT September 1, 2005
van Gecko 18:48 GMT August 31, 2005
hk ab 14:26.. contrary to popular views, commodities are painting a cloudy Q4 picture for m/t dollar bears.. expect 1.26/1.18 euro/usd to tease & waste bulls & bears for a few more months prior to the next m/t leg down to the 1.15/13.. Parity/.98 zones..
Thanks very much for the valuable insight. Haven't seen you for long and appreciate a lot your view.
How about the loonie?
